Francisco de Paula Santander had many different haircuts during his lifetime. He was well recognized as an outstanding politician. However, the Colombian military and political leader was mostly known for his beautiful looks and his pleasant personality. Before his tragic demise at the age of 48 he was often featured in the press because of his superb hair.
